We answer emails basically from 10AM to 10PM (EST) Monday through Friday, usually within 2-6 hours of receiving them. When contacting us, please include a brief description of your needs... product questions, order questions, delivery questions, etc., rather than just "Call me." That way, we are often able to answer your questions or correct any problems immediately upon reading your email. Then, we can rapidly respond back to you with either the solution, or any further questions we may have.
Building Brawn's phone hours are Monday through Friday from 12 Noon to 3:30PM. **We will be out of the office the week of August 13th thru 17th, but you can leave an email (preferred) or a voicemail, and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. The warehouse will still be shipping all orders during this time***.
