Directions:
Mix 1 scoop (35g) into 5-6 fl oz water. Mix 2 scoops (70g) into 10-12 fl oz water. Muscle milk can be used before workouts, after workouts, or prior to bedtime. Muscle Milk is great overall but please remember that Mint and Banana are super strong flavors! The mint is a bit overpowering, but if you like it then go for it!

Great flavor!! i love this one, and again, all of these are great but remember to steel clear of mint or banana unless you REALLY like it (they use artificial flavoring and it's strong... so like it or don't buy it!) but the coffee, strawberry, cookies and cream (my fav), and chocolate versions are the best by far. :) YUM! <3 Muscle Milk!!

Great flavor, much like a chocolate malt! Blended is simply awesome, BUT the cookies and creme one has a soft spot in my heart ;). Don't let the high cals fool you, this really helps you lose weight! :D

Mocha Joe flavor is awesome, a great start for the day because it does contain some caffeine.If your looking for a protein drink and not worried about a little fat,you can't go wrong with Muscle Milk.

Easily the best stuff out there... I've used Muscle Milk for over a year and love it. The extra calories are great for me as my high metabolism tends to burn protein for energy. I always see mass gain when I use Muscle Milk as opposed to regular, lower cal products. Also, their claim that the Lactoferrin increases O2 delivery is valid. I feel like i never get enough O2 when working out but when I take Muscle Milk pre-workout its not a problem.

Could live on this stuff. Probably the best flavor profiles on the market. The only drawback is the 348 calories per serving and 18 grams of fat. If you want to cut, the MHP Probolic and the Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex PM (both containing Casein Protein like the Muscle Milk) are only 140 Calories and 120 Calories per serving (respectively) for 20 grams and 25 grams of protein and only 4 grams and 1 gram of fat. Do either MHP or Optimum Nutrition make a 'Root Beer' or 'Choc Banana Crunch'? Nope. But, the flavors they do make taste excellent. Also, in a whey protein (for during the day), the American Whey at only 104 Calories per serving or the ISS Whey Power at only 90 calories (with a flavor profile nearly identical to the Muscle Milk) are a better choice. Still... I do like to indulge once in a while and have a Muscle Milk shake as my last meal of the day about an hour before bedtime (or sometimes only 5 minutes before I go to bed!).
