Directions:

Combine 1 scoop of Green Magnitude with 6-8 oz of water for sweet/tart of 12-20 oz of water for more mild taste. Consume that entire shake pre-workout of half pre-workout and half post workout. Sake well before drinking. For best results GrreenMagnitude should be taken on off days at anytime and should be used in combination with other Contolled labs Product, at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, a high protein/ moderate carbohydrate diet.
